Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel Kuta , Kuta (Bali)

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room was well-equipped and had a great bed and bedding, it was disappointing to find issues like a rusted bath, worn sanitary fittings, and continuously blocked drains. On the upside, the hotel staff was incredibly cooperative, even under pressure, changing my stay dates with professionalism. The location was convenient with quick access to various amenities, but the dining options left something to be desired with limited variety in dishes.

The hotel had ocean-facing rooms that covered all our necessities, clean, and comfortable with a large very comfortable bed. The only criticism would be the need for a sheet as the doona could sometimes be too hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful overall, except for one character at the front desk. The location was ideal, overlooking the beach with a beautiful sunset setting. The dining experience was excellent with plentiful choices, though more staff might be needed during peak times.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were nice, with working air conditioning even when I wasn't in the room, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. The big, clean, and spacious pool with a view of the pool and ocean at 9 am was a real highlight.

I stayed at this beautiful hotel from July 23rd to the 30th in room 3031. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, spread across 4 floors, catering to different preferences from Deluxe, Ocean Facing, Private Garden, to Junior Suite. It was a perfect setup for families as the kids had their own space yet were still close to us.
